aur passengers dono ko nuksan ho raha hai. Toilet pe price list lagae hone ke bawjood, passengers ko zyada paisa dena pad raha hai, aur station manager ya railway isse unaware lagte hain. Isse yeh pata chalta hai ki facilities ke management mein oversight aur accountability ki kami hai. Station director ne claim kiya hai ki abhi tak koi complaint nahi aayi hai, lekin situation se yeh pata chalta hai ki established rates ka violation ho raha hai, aur passengers ke rights aur fair pricing ko ensure karne ke liye immediate action ki jarurat hai.
