I don't think Railway Board takes these catering complaints as a serious case else quality n quantity of food wouldn't have been compromised. Rather they chose to give passengers to either opt for or opt out of whatever they give in name of Food.

Food is a thing that directly affects travellers health which can't be compromised anyway people and contractor involved must be dealt strictly
Sometimes lizard,rat,coackroaches this is a serious issue
