I am politically neutral. But Modi has proved that if you plan things accordingly you can work with any type of employees. Only ministry has been changed after 2014...employees remain the same.
It indicates that earlier governments have not used them properly and not allocated funds timely to the projects.
Today..some of the projects (apart from railways) are completing before the dead line.
