Thank God this is under IRSDC, if not so Jhansi would have ate the whole money as it does for Asceletors and lifts at Gwalior station still not installed completely though work started in 2011
Yes u r correct as Jhansi will definitely interrupt and will try to slow down development as it is doing for past years.
It will also try to ate the fund, jst like Accident Releif train was given to Gwalior by Ministry But jhansi transfered it to itself by giving some illogical reason as always
