Nice! And is that Guntur-Bibinagar line be under SCoR as well?
Anyhow, I think Feb 1st or new financial year starting Apr 1st would be the start of SCoR. But then, looking at how IR is surprising VSKP these days, I'm hoping for Dasara itself! I'll go from Mumbai to VSKP for the first day of SCoR, if possible!
