Except one kota udhampur exp rest all are sf/premium trains with lhb rakes...so 130 is a possibility for most of them. Though this train list needs to be verified from official sources.
i think rajdhani ki speed 120 tak hi rakhni chahiye as phle hi wo itni morning 5 45 pe pahunch jati hai kabhi - kabhi aur pahle aur sabse choti rajdhani hai yeh
