Best example to justify is Rajasthan ki cities ki colony ki sadak..thekedaar kaam aisa krta h ki 3 mnth m road barbaad ho jata h...pr who cares.. authority ko bol deta h ki Kabhi barish aagyi, Kabhi pipeline walo ne kharab krdi vagera vagera...itne chhote scale p hi nhi manage ho rha toh railway kya cheez jai😂😂

Yes correct sir.....sare trains mein abhi Onboard Housekeeping staff hai jo ki private agencies hai but aap dekhe everyday lots and lots of complaints about cleanliness is there in IR. In govt you can atleast give a complaint and someone govt official or minister is there to reply or take action because they r answerable to public to country. But in private in such a big railway area in IR whom u r going to complaints and get resolution, no one is answerable to anybody........if u don't get resolution then u again have to go to consumer forum type organisation to get solutions. Long procedure. Privatisation is not the solution at all....strictly rules and regulations and looking after their maintenance are required in Government organizations that will make huge difference in IR.
