Railways should make a new line between Chopan and Sasaram so that trains from Mumbai, Gujarat, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore can skip both Allahabad and DDU and can directly go towards Patna and northeast. It will save a lot of time, & traffic will be reduced by a large extent.
Trains will skip Allahabad and DDU via Katni. It will have dual benefit, trains from Delhi and north towards Varanasi, Patna and Chappra will become faster as they don't have to share the track if complete diversion from katni-Chopan-sasaram- Ara- Patna is made.
Mere hisaab se chunar ko junction hi galat banaya hai..In stead branch line for chopan should have been started from MZP .
Even mgs would have been better though it would be longer . Almost all useful trains skip chunar
