• Just as Bangalore city started growing all of a sudden and has ended up with such bad traffic, crumbling infrastructure same has had a cascading effect on its main railway station. Sometimes I do feel that SWR should have been bit more cautious in ensuring that trains are equally spread out to other stations as well like YPR or should have rejected proposals from other divisions of newer trains.
• 47 trains halting overnight is indeed a surprise. YPR is also getting congested. Seems BYPL needs to be developed quickly

Phase one of new Terminal at Bypy consisting of 3 pf's is expected to be finished by early 2019 and remaining 4 pf's will be finished by end of 2020.
Hoping that railways at least meets the timeline. Considering that elections are slated to be held next year, lets see if this happens.
