there is no dedicated tracks to MMTS. Already the MMTS in hyderabad gets lots of delay and normally wont run on time. HYD Metro is doing quite well compare to Chennai. Both almost same KM in functioning. Hyd metro is at 70000 which more than double to chennai which is at 30000. Some media intentional reports made people to think Hyd metro taken by less people. Rider ship will increase further in next few months.

HYD metro is PPP, its L&T who is worried not people or govt. Some no need worry for huge investment. MMTS takes huge land, even now also MMTS not having dedicated tracks in hyd and it will never happen also inside city.

PPP means Public Private Partnership which means Private Players will put investment to build, this investment is the money they had taken in the form of loans from international banks, stock markets etc. Ultimately they have to be paid back and the burden ultimately falls on people. The thing is every penny that comes from outside India is needed to be paid back by all the Indians be it private companies, govt. or public. For every penny given to India (loans taken by private companies + loans taken by governments) is to be paid back by the people with interest. So, the ones who should worry is the people only. The optimum utilisation of buses and MMTS is better right now because we can't support the future investments with not much growth in GDP.

Re# 3401384-32
yes correct , thats what i am saying too. HYD has great potential and will do better once Hitechcity , LB nagar routes opened. Earlier It used to take more 1 hr 40 from for Nagole-Miyapur due to no CRS kind inspection for speed increase.
Now its Nagole-Miyapur taking 52 minutes from last month. So as speed increased and frequency increased foot fall will increase. Its getting crowded now in office hours.
