its a welcome move and will lead to increased utilisation of ATVMs. Also railways should note that despite govt's push for giving benefits/discounts for cashless transactions by waiving off transaction fee, the tickets/passes purchased through credit cards at ticketing windows lead to an additional charge of around 2%, which is too expensive considering the current scenario
