Yes thts called political will of hassan and take GDG-BJP-SUR Section started long back still no good trains LHB toh dur ki baat hogayi. SWR is taking care very nicely for this section Heartly thanks for not looking over developments of this section past from 2008 upto 2014/2015
The main reason behind the LHBfication of that ICE was the Mahamastakabhisheka at SBGA. So only so many special DEMUs and this train too got new rake. To cater to thousands of pilgrims coming there.
HAS doesn't have that much clout. If it had, its station would have high level PF and better facilities. Its only connection to TLGP at night would have been retained. So not much clout.
On a lighter note, I have not been to GDG - your place - but after seeing pics, surely that station is better...
