If you want to sleep more, try New Delhi Mumbai AC Duronto, for most of the people arrival at 6 am doesn't make the train "uncomfortable"; they're travelling in a train, they're not at home, their only concern is reaching their destination on or before scheduled time. BTW many Rajdhani trains arrive on or before 6am at their destination (Patna, Bengaluru, Jammu), people there don't start telling Railways to make it halt more in order to reach late 😂😂😂😂.
You're going in a completely different direction. That logic to make the trains halt more in order to reach late for "comfort" is LEGENDARY. Remember everyone doesn't enjoy longer train journey (in other words, everyone is not a railfan).

As I said before most of the people don't follow your logic, they want to reach early, THAT'S IT. They're not travelling in Palace On wheels that they'd like to spend more time in the train.
If people followed your logic, then Jammu Rajdhani would be running empty, which isn't.
Everyone doesn't enjoy train journey, all are not Railfans. If this same train starts arriving at Bandra around 5 AM then also people will take it.
