Mr. Prabhu had been successful in increasing the capacity augmentation from about 4 km of new BG tracks per day to 8 KMS of track per day and it was just the beginning. The level to be achieved in next 3-4 years was much higher i.e. 19kms per day and new RM has to work hard to maintain the growth and achieve any thing near to that figure. Just continuing on the tracks cleared by Mr Prabhu shall not suffice.
