Bro i hv spent like 15 years in Pune... N it has one of the most fantastic bus services... u wl find the bus service to each and every part of the district i would say rather than city... the only issue is it is over burdened... aftr metro starts a right balance wl b stuck between the load but till then bus will remain overburdened... some time punctuality is also an issue but that is gng to happen looking at the traffic and volume of vehicles on road...!!
This has nothing to do with railways discussion. Since you are asking buses to Hinjawadi, here is the list. The frequency mentioned is average frequency. If you collect frequencies across multiple routes, you will see that the cumulative frequency is quite good for certain areas.

Taking a clue from this discussion, can we have a tab called "Public Transportation" under each station, so that users can find out all public transportation options from that station? It can contain information on city buses, rixa, cab, monorail, metro, ferry, flights, helicopter, tram, gondola etc. Users can also enter tips on how to manage a economical and efficient travel so that train passengers are not taken for a ride.
