along with 3 phaser, LHB procurement is also a BIGGEST shortcomings for SER...
Base of LHB is main thing which is short also only 2 coaching depot have LHB facility.
Atleast 2 have...Which means atleast 2-3 Daily Trains can be Easily converted into LHB , specially Premier trains of SRC yard like Coromandel , Gitanjali etc.
When will the coaching depot of Tata start functioning? I have heard iff that happens then Tata can have some more trains which can be started to various places. One reason for Tata-Allp exp not being converted to a full train is absence of full fledged maintenance depot to cater to 15-16 coaches . Similarly other daily trains that originate have lesser coaches due to this reason.Steel exp is stationed only overnight at Tata

i donot know about why TATA is not using its full maintenance capacity while i have heard about remodeling of TATA Base in News, i forgotten about source.
