The agitation was supposed to be at the venue only, and that was where the police security was present. There was no announcement of a rail roko or any road block before the meeting ( as is usually done). It was just a bunch of idiots who went on to the tracks and blocked a train, nothing less than a full battalion of police could have controlled them.

Even if the government had stepped into action and controlled the situation, it doesn't mean that people won't do it again. Unless the people get some common sense, these kind of incidents will happen again and again. Blaming the government here is simply like an excuse to avoid facing the harsh truth that the people are at fault here.
