Its not a joke....this happens with me while travelling from sawai madhepur to jaipur. I have to travel in a passenger train standing on the gate 2nd step. Whole night around 1 to 3:30 am. The people inside were basically from bharatpur region and going to a police recuitment and becz of my frnds Biharis tone they dnt allow to enter in the train. They told...agressively to stand on door.
I asked TT also atleast allow to board on SL coach. But he demands too much money
