Many parts of our country face challenges with farming, like vidarbha where farmer suicides are all time high, such projects can be easily shifted there, bihar is ideal for farming requirements, based on soil condition and mineral concentration.

agreed, but currying political favors in this country=having a project in Bihar.
also, if they move out project from Bihar, it will be projected as if it was done to "punish" the common people there for not voting BJP in power. the ruling party in Bihar then will harp on this for next 5 years for political mileage.
a political suicide it would be, even if common sense dictates such a decision.

BJP is already out of bihar for 5 years, now if project is shifted then it would atleast benefit to ppl Where it might be shifted.
People residing there simply not favor this project, atleast what looks like it.
