You may right for this again IR has to remove GEN. Coaches like GR AC Exp.
Train should be one type i.e. Gen. coaches (Janta Exp.) Non AC SL Coaches (Exp.), AC CC i.e Shatabdhi or GR coaches, etc..... Even to solve rush they IR has to see that max passengers with min. coaches.
