Mr.Debroy reports ,Commercial Accounting and real estate development are well and good move.Railway Budget presentation should be continued.Some of the previous Railway Minister have given undue advantages to their home states.It is natural that all MP s demand trains for their constituency.Our Railway Ministers importance shall be vastly diminished without a separate Budget for Railways which is just 2 hour presentation.Till-date the General Budget does not allocate essential funds for the Railways Electrification which is the cheapest environment friendly mode. But allocate more and more funds for the Road sector.Road sector ( contracting agents) acquired enormous land ,but Railways are very much lacking behind in any land acquisition for the projects and mainly writing letters to the state revenue authorities .
