Welcome move.We suggests that every districts headquarters / major towns stations in all over India should have to be developed with Terminal Facilities for starting and terminating trains with Pit Lines like every Taluk headquarters / Towns are having Bus Depot in Tamilnadu which are well served for that surrounding areas during day and night.

Not always common man will be benefited , it will be a huge loss for railways , Think from railways view too. For Each town will have maximum a crowd which can fill 4 compartment at the max, don't simply say something as you say always . think logically before commenting.
