Though terminating at Dockyard Rd station won't help at all, but once the route is extended to Ballard Estate it will truly be helpful for all... There are many offices towards Ballard Estate... I suggest CR should look for an alternative to connect Harbour line with CST before going ahead with the plan

CR and WR should be utilized the Vertical space in the MUMBAI METRO AREA to avoid the highly difficult LAND ACQUISITION .5 th and 6th CST-KALYAN parallel lines should be constructed over the existing the 1,2,3 and 4 th Line own land and saved the precious and scarce Land availability in the MUMBAI ISLAND AREA.

I don't think the spacing between the tracks is enough to put pillars... also there are many bridges which will act as hurdles... I probably don't need to mention about the cost, which will escalate like anything...

Sir,Land availability in the MUMBAI ISLAND AREA is very limited and acquisition also so tedious .Vertical Columns can be built up with reduced area nowadays with the advancement of Construction technology.
