Chart should be prepared 6 hours before the departure of the train at any station.Then only alternate travel arrangement have been made effectively.
Before departure time of 8 to 6 hours all the vacant quota seats should be confirmed and intimate to the reserved passenger.
In the reserved ticket with more than one person allowed to inform 2 cell nos or every willing reserved passenger in the combined ticket should be allowed to inform their cell nos.So in group of 6 ,all ascertain the WAIT-LISTED...
