State Government should participate in this coastal route with 50% funds and free land .Karnataka State spends Rs 13000 Crores during 2014-15 to augment Rail line in their state.They also provide free lands for some project for hassle free and speedy execution and the Karnataka people get the lowest mode of transport facilities.
