The woman and one child's bodies were severely damaged, making identification challenging. However, the other child's face was relatively intact, allowing for possible identification. Efforts are underway to contact nearby residents for identification. The train, numbered 15048, was traveling from Gorakhpur to Kolkata. The bodies were taken to Siwan Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.
