bhare hue the, control room mein complaint karne par bhi koi railway officer nahin aaya. 22433 Ghazipur-Anand Vihar Express mein bhi yeh problem thi. ACM Santosh Tripathi ne kaha ki har ghanta monitoring aur check hoti hai, lekin reality mein yeh nahin dikhta hai.

Big News ( as per update from sources )
1.Train no of 12801/02 Purushottam Superfast Express will be changed to 18401/18402 W.E.F 01.07.24

2.Train no. of 12892/91 PURI - BGY will be changed to 18404/18403 W.E.F 01.07.24.
