There is a request to increase the frequency of the 15661/15662 Ranchi-Kamakhya-Ranchi Express, which passes through Dhanbad. The demand is to run the train twice a week instead of once and to extend its route to either Silchar or Dibrugarh.

Dhanbad se jaane wala 15661/15662 Ranchi-Kamakhya-Ranchi Express ko hafte mein ek din ki jagah do din chalane aur train ka route Silchar ya Dibrugarh tak badhaane ki demand ki gayi hai.

They proposed specific short-term solutions, including suburban services with Guwahati and Dibrugarh as hubs, resumption of specific train routes and services like Dekargaon-Dibrugarh intercity (05819), Mariani-Jorhat-Golaghat-Dimapur passenger (55904), and 12525/26 Dibrugarh-Kolkata, along with extensions and restoration of pre-Covid stoppages. They also suggested long-term improvements like new railway lines connecting Sibsagar with Jorhat, Salona with Khumtai, Dibrugarh with Kanubari, and the development of Dhamalgaon Jn with an integrated terminal. ARPA stressed the need for rationalized train routes and prioritized passage for trains connecting the Northeast to reduce travel time, given its remoteness from the national capital.

Right now brahamputra mail is on platform no 2 of patna junction the way government has change the CC of this train is insane I dont know logic behind this. Just because of money. .... Even the first ac passenger are not safe. Due to shravani mela also it might be. But government need to change the. CC of this train

3E coaches ruined it's CC. Earlier it used to have 10 Sleeper but now it has only 4 sleeper & 6 3E

3E तो railway को Mail/ Express/ Super Fast train से हटा कर केवल गरीब रथ में रखना चाहिए,
या फिर
Mail/Exp/ SF train से 3AC हटा कर उसके जगह पर 3E लगाने चाहिए और सारे 3AC को उपयोग नयी Humsafar Train चलाने में करना चाहिए, इससे शायद Sleeper Coaches को पहले जैसी सँख्या में कर पाएंगे,
