No. Most of the passengers are from poor category. 8 SLs should be there
They will reduce SL of all trains to 2-3, replace them with AC coaches in all existing trains and then introduce Amrit Bharat with all the stops of regular express train. This is the new plan of IR.

UTTARANDHRARAILSEVA~ 1902 blog postsThank you, NFR ,for increasing the frequency of this longest running train in india 22504/ 22503 DBRT - CAPE - DBRT VIVEK EXP from 4 days a week to 5 days a week. By the end of 2024 the train should be made a Daily.
3 3rd AC Economy coaches should be included in the CC replacing 3 Sl coaches.
If possible, one 1st AC coach or 1st AC cum 2nd AC Coch should also be included because the Journey is over 80 hours .

Its my personal opinion that IR should introduce atleast one First AC coach in all the trains which are running 2500kms+ and/or 36hrs+ one journey mandatorily alongwith other ameneties complimentary like toileteries and shower card facility onboard included in the 1st AC ticket fare for passengers. Just like in Japanese Railways and Amtrak provides for its passengers. This will really improve the image of Indian Railways' long journey trains which deserve some "hospitality" revamp and improvements.

That will not be very successful as person travelling long journey will prefer air travel as cost of Air travel and 1AC is same
Thats what the change in thinking and perspective for 1st AC , i am talking about......1st Class should not be meant for "regular travel". It should be a "hospitality and luxury" experience for travellers. A normal person who can afford AC class in train can anyday take flight. Thats a good thing.
But 1st class in our trains should give atleast 4 star hospitality to its travellers for the amount they are spending on it. If a person is opting for 1st class by sacrificing his time, then he/she should get a luxurious experience in return, just like travellers get in AMTRAK, Australian rails and Japanese rails.

I want to ask why South India bound train and North India running late?
