Yes. Its planned to be extended till SINA /Srinagar after completion of USBRL Project.
But now uts pending bcoz Special Rajdhani Rakes with heaters have been ordered by NR and once the rakes are ready plus USBRL project is completed, You can this train running till SINA.

Then It will Have Separate Rake and No RSA with 12424/23 Rajdhani
Then 12424/23 will Run with Dedicated Rakes but Will be NR or NFR
