There are thousands of other trains also which are facing delay of more than an hour. It doesn't matter if 12828 is considered as one of the highest priority train. There are several other factors too responsible for delay of any train. So 12828 is not any exception

The actual time of arrival of 12827 at prr is 10.20p.m. and as per arr/dep history available in IRI, it mostly reaches on time at prr or hardly 20-30mins delay max. Do you really think bro 20mins delay is really big deal for a 6hrs express train???? And belguma isnt that far from prr station and at 10.30pm, there are several totos and rented cars available too. The main reason of delay of 12827 after adra to prr is the freight traffic in this zone.
