I wanted to understand a bit more about reservations. My ticket is W/L 8 DOJ is 16/01/2013 Lokmanya Tilak to New Jalpaiguri. The site shows that 14 seats are available for this quota. So does that mean that my seat might get confirmed because of the availability quota? Please help as it is a long long time since I travelled by train.
I checked and it again shows that the current status of 2A if booked now is W/L16 and the total availability is 14 seats. My position on the wait list is 8 so does that mean that there are some chances of getting this confirmed?
I hope, i am spot on with my comments on TG sankranthi festival rush. As i told this special still showing so much vacancy unlike other special to coastal area like to kakinada, VSkp, Nellore. ***** 2013-01-10 Avbl 274 Avbl 81 Avbl 31
I am travelling by train number 15645 from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus to New Jalpaiguri on 16/01/2013 and my booking is in 2A but the ticket is W/L8. Will this be confirmed?
I hope I was clear with my request. I have a WL ticket for 16/01/2013 so I would like to see the charts of this particular train so that I come to0 know the trend. For example if I get the charts for the 2nd, 5th or 9th of Jan then I would come to know how many WL tickets actually get confirmed.
I am travelling from LTT Mumbai to NJP on 16/01/2013 and my booking is in 2A but the the ticket is waiting list 8. Will this ticket get confirmed? Please advise since it is a long time that I have traveled by train.
