My www.indiarailinfo.com/pnr/post/1747658 is booked from Rajkot with boarding from Kota has ended up in RAC after charting. We can now get refund on RAC/WL ticket upto half an hour before the scheduled departure of the train. Should I cancel my ticket half an hour before the departure time from Rajkot, or half an hour before the departure from Kota?
Please help!
