Looks like it's leaving late instead of 23:40 because even Sangha is running late...Sangha expected at 8:30 pm. In fact, KK will arrive earlier than Sangha today

Looks like Sangha rake is being used (someone needs to confirm this). 1 SL will be added and 1 2A will be removed

Nope. I just checked NTES and it mentions that train is at Whitefield. So I guess 12628 will arrive in PF 1-7 itself
Btw: I guess SBC division is using Sanghamitra rake as spare rake for Mail (only 1 2A needs to be removed and 1 SL to be added). That's why 12658 is departing 1 hour late (since Sangha arrives around 5 and then time needed for PM)
