It is better than trains on this route, incl Duronto. Of course, food quality is based on personal opinion

Absolutely. I travel at least thrice a year to Kolkata from Mumbai on this train. I cannot remember anytime, when the food was bad. All along it was quite good and filling, with good service. You can even get extras, like extra rice. If you tell the waiters, they will remember it and serve it to you. of course you will have to pay for that, followed by a healthy tip to your server, at end of journey.

Has anybody noticed that Azad Hind Express to HWH, follows Jnaneshwari from Bilaspur onwards, on the reverse direction, it follows till Bhusawal ??

Well, the times I have travelled, I was lucky to have Azad Hind at my tail. On all occasions Azad Hind arrived late at Bhusawal, but only by minutes. In Chattisgarh (RPR - BSP), you will notice a third track. I have had instances when Jnaneshwari is stooped at any outer signal, Azad Hind will slowly crawl in on the third track. Many times it has happened that Gondwana Express is preceding Jnaneshwari, so it will be Gondwana, Jnaneshwari, and then Azad Hind, all back to back, in quick succession. While coming from HWH, either Jnaneshwari or Azad Hind is ahead, depending on which train started ahead from HWH. I have also noticed that Azad Hind was hauled by Bhusawal WAP4, and in one instance, by a Bhusawal WAM4

This is the only train, which has seats till the last moment!! It is due to the odd arrival times at HWH. Gitanjali Express and Mumbai - Howrah Mail are the most popular trains on Mumbai - Howrah route, due to the arrival timings at HWH. Duronto is catching up fast!!

Yeah, you are right. These days even SL seats are not available on this train at some times. Maybe it is gaining popularity. It,s sister train, Samarsata, is going full too !! It has a very good ARR time at HWH.
