Yo, guess what? The Amritsar-New Delhi Vande Bharat might actually become a thing soon, man! Northern Railway sent a proposal to the Railway Board to approve this long-awaited train. The initial plan is for it to have just two stops along the way: Ludhiana and Ambala Cantt. What's interesting is that they're proposing a 16-coach train instead of the usual 8-coach train they've been launching for the past few months. The timing is pretty dope too - Amritsar departure at 7:55 AM and New Delhi arrival at 1:05 PM. Then, the New Delhi departure is at 1:40 PM and the Amritsar arrival is at 6:50 PM.

उत्तरी रेलवे ने अमृतसर और नई दिल्ली के बीच वंदे भारत की अनुमति के लिए रेलवे बोर्ड को प्रस्ताव भेजा है, प्रारंभिक प्रस्ताव में केवल दो स्थानों पर रुकने का है : लुधियाना और अंबाला कैंट।

रोचक बात यह है कि प्रस्ताव 16 कोच वीबी के लिए है और नई लॉन्चेज़ के केस में 8 कोच रहते हैं।

Agra and Mathura are both one of the biggest tourist spots in India, but the Railway has always been biased towards them. As many tourists come to Agra/Mathura, trains don't originate from there but instead, many trains pass through without stopping. In my opinion, trains should also originate from Agra/Mathura so that tourists can benefit more.

Ek baat batau, jitne bhi tourists Agra/Mathura aate hai, train unse originate nahi hoti, bhai. Bahut saari train bina ruke hi nikal jaati hai. Mereko toh ye lagta hai ki Agra/Mathura se bhi ek train originate honi chahiye. Tabhi toh tourists ko zyada fayda milega, bhai.

The Ministry of Railways is down for a new friggin' train called 14090/14089 Anand Vihar T - Kotdwar Express- Anand Vihar T. It's gonna run every damn day, starting from KTW on 27.10.2023. The train number is 14089/14090 Anand Vihar T - Kotdwar Express, and it's gonna run daily too. And guess what, during maintenance, this bad boy will chill on the washing line for only 4 hours at Anand Vihar (ANVT) and will be handled at the other end in Najibabad (NBD).
