Yesterday i travelled from TPJ to MS in mangalore express 16860 . I booked a ticket in First AC , But the first AC coach is not allotted in the train , they gave me a berth in 2nd AC along with a refund slip , How could i claim that refund amount. I booked the ticked via IRCTC. it is a E-ticket.

rockfort express for 3AC RL/WL 48 and on mangalore express RL/WL38. Will this tickets will get confirm if i book the ticket today now. atleast to RAC.
And i check the rockfort express time it shows 22:2 - what it is . Is the time changed. Screen shot attached.
i have booked the E-ticket for my sister and his son from MS to TPJ date of journey is 29/07 . Unfortunately my sister is not travelling. is it possible to travel her son alone. His age is 16 . he doesn't have any id proof except his educational id card.
