I had a BAD EXPERIENCE of travelling by 12215/16 Bandra-Sarai Rohilla Garib Rath Express last week. While the train maintains its speed upto destination on both sides, the COACHES (3-AC) and the catering facility are HORRIBLE. The Garib Rath has coaches of NR (Northern railway) on all the rakes but the toilets are DIRTY. No railway staff attends to cleaning of toilets and for filling of water IN TOILETS. I repeat the TOILETS ARE DIRTY AND NO WATER IS FED IN THE TOILETS at intermediate stations. The catering staff also NEVER RETURN THE BALANCE MONEY for the amount taken ( no pantry car in this train). The coaches are NEVER broomed at Bandra destination once train arrives from Delhi and ready to depart for Delhi 4 hours later. THE 3-AC coaches are OUTDATED and NEW 3 AC COACHES need to be attached as they make more noise while in motion....

The present railway monister must see into these complaints and make a surprise visit and travel as a passenger. Alternatively let top railway personnels of WR and NR travel and see the horribel state of this train. Because of thiese problemsin the train, as many as passengers at WL 295 are getting their tickets confirmed and not ready to travel. Will NR and WR see the complaints.
Also attach a PANTRY car as (catering contractor is charging Rs 120/- per thali) against normal pric eof Rs 60/- presently.

Dear Friends, I suggested increasing frequency of 22109/22110 and this suggestion has been "ARCHIVED". While my suggestion is only for increasing the frequency. Reason is that this train runs only ONCE A WEEK and there are about 200 passengers on WL,(on day of train) hardly 30 to 40 tickets gets confirmed rest all WL or RAC. By increasing the frequency, passengers can book tickets on other days of this train.
Now regarding the query, " Also, who are those people who want to go from mumbai to delhi via bpl-jhs-agc???? What problems do they have with kota route??", my answer is that it is not that all passengers are travelling to cities of western railway where Rajdhani/August Kranti rajdhani touches...

Along the Bhopal-Jhansi-Agra Cantt route there are cities like Bhopal-Jhansi-Gwalior-Agra and many passengers hail from these cities and 22109/22110 touches these cities and one feel like travelling in 22109/22110. This train has Locomotives/coaches SIMILAR to Rajdhani, the pantry car is SIMILAR to Rajdhani, the speed of train is SIMILAR to Rajdhani and train travels till Hazrat Nizamuddin like Rajdhani. So much SIMILARITY is there of RAJDHANI EXPRESS. Just travel once in this 22109/22110 and U will see the SIMILARLITY.
So my friends what is wrong, if I mentioned that it has features of Rajdhani. Already 2 Rajdhani trains are running on WR between Mumbai and NDLS/NZM, if ONE trains SIMILAR to Rajdhani runs via Bhopal-Jhansi-Agra-what is wrong. In fact I am trying to help the cause of Mumbaites who do not have Rajdhani type train on Bhopal-Jhansi-Agra Route.
SO PLEASE VOTE FOR INCREASING THE FREQUENCY OF THIS TRAIN.
