Yo, recently took this train from Secunderabad to Khammam, gonna give you a full report on the journey. So we reached Secunderabad at 5:15 PM and the Chennai Express was about to leave from Platform 1. But then a goods train came to Platform 2 and stopped for a few minutes. After the Chennai Express left, the goods train on Platform 2 also left. Then, the Godavari Express arrived at around 5:30 PM. Once we boarded the train, we saw another goods train pass through Platform 3. After a few minutes, the Bhadrachalam Road passenger train left. Our train, the Godavari Express, left around 5:50 PM. We started from Secunderabad and stayed slow until we crossed the Secunderabad pitlines. We overtook the Bhadrachalam Road passenger train at Moulali with some good speed. Then we slowed down and maintained some ups and downs until we reached Pagidipalli. We reached Ghatkesar at 6:20 PM, Bibinagar at 6:30 PM, and Pagidipalli at 6:35 PM. After that, the train's speed improved and we went much faster. There were no more slow downs or interruptions. We maintained good speed and reached Kazipet at 7:32 PM. We stopped there for 6 minutes and started again at 7:38 PM. That day, the Satavahana Express was delayed and left Warangal at 7:28 PM. The Kerala Express arrived at Warangal and left. While we were waiting at Kazipet, the Kerala Express was at Warangal. Between Kerala and Godavari, they sent a goods train. Godavari started from Kazipet and just a few minutes later, before it merged into the Warangal section, it was stopped to let the goods train pass. We met the 12705 Intercity Express between Warangal and Kazipet. Those lucky people on that train had minimal delays that day. Usually, it gets delayed for hours and only reaches Secunderabad after midnight. Godavari reached Warangal at 7:57 PM and started again in just two minutes. We stayed slow until we reached Chintalapalli. We stopped there for a few minutes and then stayed slow until we reached Nekkonda. At Nekkonda, a goods train was parked on the mainline, so Godavari overtook it by going into the loop line. At Kesamudram, we stopped again and we met the Manuguru-Belagavi Special train on the upline platform. Our train crossed Chintalapalli at 8:23 PM, Nekkonda at 8:35 PM, Kesamudram at 8:48 PM, and reached Mahabubabad at 8:59 PM. After leaving Mahabubabad, we maintained a good speed until Dornakal, where we had to go into the loop line. The Satavahana Express was standing on the mainline and had already been overtaken by the Kerala Express, which was running ahead of us. It was also overtaken by the TamilNadu Express, which was running behind us. So that day, the Satavahana Express was on the mainline and gave a chance for three other superfast trains to overtake it. Godavari arrived at Khammam at 9:35 PM, stopped for just a minute, and then started again. Overall, it was a chill journey. In our whole journey, we noticed a few things: 1. There are a lot of freight trains coming in and out of Secunderabad station nowadays instead of taking the bypass lines. With all these freight trains, Secunderabad station is getting so crowded and it's messing with the passenger service. 2. Because they prioritize the freight trains, passenger services at outer and other stations are getting ignored, and that's causing a lot of delays. 3. Freight services are getting more preference now, and sometimes they even let them overtake the passenger trains. 4. Special trains have been neglected for years, but now it's even worse. 5. They're running a goods train in the Secunderabad zone every 5 minutes on average, which is way more than it can handle. Thanks for reading this, man.

Even the damn train got canceled between Karimnagar and Warangal. Warangal is so damn full that even with other trains on the same route, they still manage to fill up the whole damn train, especially when it's raining. The train is jam-packed every damn time. Indian Railways should run a daily train from Kazipet to Tirupati overnight, since Kazipet has the resources for it. South Central Railway should also consider this damn train and give clearance at Peddpalli station within 15-20 minutes. Usually, SCR doesn't give a damn about this train and keeps it waiting in Peddapalli for at least an hour for some bullshit loco reversal. And the running time between Vijayawada and Karimnagar needs to improve too. Usually, in this section, the train is treated like shit, crawling like a damn tortoise. Of course, the idiots in Secunderabad division have stopped giving a shit about passenger services ever since Corona ended, prioritizing freight services and filling up the mainlines at stations, which slows down all the passenger services because they have to...

Warangal apne aap ko train se bhar bhar ke rakh sakta hai, aur wo bhi jab dusri train bhi available hoti hai aur mausam bhi baarishwala hai. Train barabar jam packed hoti hai har safar par. Indian Railways ko Kazipet se Tirupati ke liye raat ko ek daily train chalani chahiye, kyunki Kazipet mein pitlines maujood hai. Aam taur par is section mein train ko zyada preference nahi milti aur dheere-dheere chalti hai.
