പുതിയ കോച്ചുകള്‍ ലഭിച്ചാല്‍ ഏപ്രില്‍ ആദ്യവാരം സര്‍വീസ് പുനഃസ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നത് റെയില്‍വേ ബോര്‍ഡിന്റെ സജീവ പരിഗണനയിലാണ്. മുന്‍പു മുംബൈയിലേക്കു സര്‍വീസ് നടത്തിയിരുന്ന ട്രെയിന്‍, ടൈംടേബിള്‍ പരിഷ്‌ക്കരിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ പുണെ വരെയാക്കി ചുരുക്കിയിരുന്നെങ്കിലും സര്‍വീസ് ആരംഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. കോവിഡിന്റെ പേരില്‍ നിര്‍ത്തലാക്കിയ ട്രെയിന്‍ ഒന്നര വര്‍ഷമായി സര്‍വീസ് നടത്തുന്നില്ല.
ഗൂട്ടി, വാഡി, റായ്ച്ചൂര്‍, ഗുണ്ടക്കല്‍, ഗുല്‍ബര്‍ഗ, സോലാപുര്‍ തുടങ്ങിയ സ്ഥലങ്ങളിലേക്കു കേരളത്തില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള ഏക ട്രെയിനാണിത്. ദിവസവും രാത്രി ഒന്‍പതരയോടെ പുണെയിലെത്തി രാത്രി പതിനൊന്നരയോടെ തിരികെ പുറപ്പെടുന്ന സമയക്രമമാണു ജയന്തിക്കു നല്‍കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്....

Is there any update when this train will start? People in Pune having more than 5lakh malayalees are waiting for this. There is not a single train running from Pune to TVM and CAPE. Please share the exact time frame for this train.

The bi weekly train is only available till ERS.
No trains connected till TVM and CAPE.
16381/16382 and 16331/16332 were always highly preferred as these were the only direct trains that connected until TVM and CAPE from Pune.
It has become a very bad situation that this old train has not started its services yet which used to run at full capacity everytime.

If not Pune, the train 16381/16382 can also resume from nearby stations Khadki or Shivaji nagar which are close to Pune.
Everyday we go to the railway news to check if this train news is there but sadly no update about this from Southern or Central Railway.
For people like us who do not have contact or cannot reach out to any political party this is the only platform to post and seek some help to resume services.

There was another suggestion to extend the bi weekly trains running from Pune to ERS to Pune to TVC 22149/22150.
We still haven't heard back about this. Atleast if 16381/16382 having problems the above trains should atleast be extended via Konkan which will be a big relief
