If there is a constraint, it will be communicated (irrespective to the place/division).

Even, while replying to some of the representations made by Hon'ble MP, Kurnool on 25.09.2018, General Manager/South Central Railway had replied that - Due to lack of Primary Maintenance facilities at Kurnool, it is not feasible. It was also replied that maintenance slots at Tirupati coaching depot are saturated.

I believe this will help you in understanding the case with other places & divisions (KRNT/HYB) as well, while you comment about Nandyal/Guntur division.

Moreover, if you are so confident about the political push, you may try for shifting Primary Maintenance of Simhadri Express from Guntur to Visakhapatnam. This will pave way for extending Simhadri Express upto Dhone (duly integrating with GNT-DHNE-GNT Passenger/Express).

In Guntur division, Repalle has higher passenger traffic, as compared to Nandyal. But, Repalle also doesn't have any Intercity train, to any of the city.

So, introduction of train on Indian Railways, is dependent on various factor(s), which include but not limited to - Commercial Justification, Operational feasibility, Availability of rolling stock etc.

Yes, due to 30 minutes running time is allotted for 5KM journey between BZA-KCC (Inclusive of allowances for Division interchange).

KCC-GNT is having running time of 55 minutes (While in return, running time is 51 minutes for GNT-KCC).

It doesn't arise, as MTM-DMM-MTM Express is cancelled as a part of ZBTT.

Withdrawal of stoppages may lead to resent from passengers & public representatives of respective station(s). As per criteria specified for withdrawal of stoppages (as a part of ZBTT), it is not justified to withdraw many of the existing stoppages.

This was proposed by SCR officials earlier, and the same is declined. Hence, it may not be feasible, at this point of time.

There are numerous representations made by passengers & public representatives regarding schedule revision of GNT-KCG-GNT Express. Recently MP/Nandyal had also requested GM/SCR, in this regard. It is proposed/requested to run this train to serve as overnight between NDL-KCG-NDL.
Irrespective to this, as per existing schedule, KCG-GNT Express is a overnight train between KRNT-GNT, with Remote Location Quota allotted at KRNT. Still, the train's occupancy is around 68% (where as in the other direction it is 88%). Hence, it is not commercially justified to revise the schedule, as suggested.

Due to terminal constraints at TPTY, this train was extended upto DMM (but there was no much passenger traffic for this train between DMM-TPTY).

Though the train originated from DMM, only 165 berths general quota was allotted from DMM.

No new path is provided to Kerala & Navajeevan, it is only change of path within the day.

For Vivek, new path is provided as per Railway Board instructions. If you have access to Railway Board circular regarding Vivek Express frequency increase, you may go through the same once (wherein you can also check cancellation of trains in NFR).

While MTM-GDV-MTM section passengers loose their connectivity, NS-GDV-NS section passengers get almost double the accommodation (as compared to earlier).

Passengers between GDV-DMM-GDV will be getting almost same number of coaches, as like earlier.

As far as I know, GDV will be in GN quota (Accommodation availability will be at par with originating station - NS).

Simhadri Express is running as a passenger between Guntur-Vijayawada-Guntur, and most of the commuters (employees, students) prefer this train to reach Vijayawada for their daily work.

Present year actual passenger traffic/demand as per above statistics is 107 passengers per day (Excluding accommodation of 60 berths available in Private buses).

This traffic may not be adequate to justify introduction of new train.

Regarding Simhadri Express extension upto NDL, due to operational (lack of Primary Maintenance facilities at Nandyal) and terminal (lack of rake stabling facilities at Nandyal) constraints, it is not feasible until completion of doubling works, during which Nandyal yard remodelling is going to be taken up.

Reason for mixing doubling with PM facilities is - Provision of Primary Maintenance facilities require laying additional lines (Pitline, Stabling etc). During doubling, additional lines are being laid down at various railway stations. Carrying out these two works individually requires, changes in signalling multiple times. Hence, both works are being carried out at single time, to control expenditure.

Recently, a new pitline is constructed at Nallapadu as a part of Guntur-Guntakal doubling, and the same is connected with other lines & signalling works carried out during doubling works itself.

Even Kurnool is having multiple train(s) to Secunderabad like Tungabhadra & Hundri Express. Isn't it ?

Then, can you please explain why do Kurnool require multiple trains to Secunderabad, and what are the politics involved in this (as well) ?

Though three trains operational from Guntur & Secunderabad, they are being operated in two different routes serving various enroute places.

Places connected with Golconda/Intercity Express are having population of 95,37,561
Places connected with Palnadu Express are having population of 78,44,135

Places connected with Kurnool-Vijayawada (Special) Express are having population of 27,08,840

As per above, you may have your own calculations regarding proportionate and all, rather than jumping to your own conclusions and judging the requirement as per your assumptions.

Before making baseless comments stating politics etc., please share proofs regarding the politics involved in this.

Such analysis may be useless for you, but not for Indian Railways.

Population of the town/city & its significance is one of the criteria to provide stoppages, and the same is applicable for introduction of trains as well.

judging usefulness of the analysis, you may please go through the attached Railway Board letter, and understand the content of it.

Regarding stations serving other Non-Railhead towns, it remains same across all district(s).

Donakonda railway station serves Darsi & Podili
Repalle railway station serves Avanigadda & Nagayalanka
and there are many such examples across Indian Raiwlays. Nothing strange with Kurnool district, in specific (in this regard).

Public & DRUCC members from Nandyal had made numerous representations, to revise schedule of Guntur-Kacheguda-Guntur Express (which was a passenger earlier), in such a way to arrive Kacheguda early in the morning, and to depart from Kacheguda in the evening.

But such representations are not considered by concerned authorities, in view of resent from few public representative's at Kurnool, stating that it is the only overnight train connecting Capital Region (Guntur is also part of Capital region).

According to them, Guntur-Kacheguda-Guntur Express is serving as a train, connecting Kurnool with Amaravathi Capital Region (Guntur).

If not, you may please confirm, so that necessary representation will be made to concerned authorities, to revise schedule of Guntur-Kacheguda-Guntur Express, as requested by public of Nandyal.
