Its ambitious target since 7 groups tender are not issues. Thats amount to 4000 km. They gonna miss the target by atleast 18 months.

Patna,imphal, pakyong(gangtok), mizoram are most risky airport in india. Only experienced pilot r allowed. Captain sathe @ kohzikhode airport landed 27 times before on this airport. So that part gone. Regarding runway Airport authority of india can make only if state govt provide land . Land acquistion is bone in contention in India take railway or airport or road project .land is too expansive in india.

First of all he tried 2 times for landing. 3 rd he made it on taxiway not actual runway . Excess fuel was used to make it belly landing. AAI hv reconstructed and rectified runway or dgca points. ATC gives landing order only if pilot feel he can make it.
