People can go wherever they want whenever they want. Very soon going to settle in Delhi not for free electricity and bill but for hassle-free life.
You know why they don't want to live in Delhi or NCTD, not because of bad governance but because of no space available to expand.
If you want to put a factory, where will you put it when there is no space available to put? You will go to nearby suburbs.

Mumbai Rajdhani ek alag level ki train hain . Atleast WR, WCR, NCR iss train key liye har sambhav prayas kartein hain taaki yeh din par din aur behtar ho. Acha hona hi hain.
Har 2-3 mahiney mein wah kuch na kuch aisaa kartein hain jissey iski speed , punctuality etc badhey. Kabi push pull trials to kabhi dual p5 trials to kabhi new tt implementation. Sab circular yaha aata hain. sabko pta hi hain

The planned city list is like this Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Noida, Dwarka sub-city, Salt Lake City, Navi Mumbai, New Ghaziabad, New Saharanpur, etc.
You will never find any kuchcha houses or slums here.
Do you know old city, they are Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Patna. They are not constructed.
