It is not only BBS and Ranchi rajdhani that get non home zone based loco I have many times seen SBC and MAS rajdhani running with SCR's LGD WAP 7.

Swarna jayanti cannot be cancelled because even though AP express is a daily train it has odd timings at all the stations in VSKP-BZA section except VSKP and also Dakshin link express which used to be a daily train that used to cover VSKP-BZA section at day time was cancelled. So now Swarna jayanti is the only train which has convinient timings in VSKP-BZA section.

Are milk vans fit for 110 MPS? Is there any speed restriction for express trains running with milk vans?

Yes, many times I have seen some high priority superfast trains like AP sampark kranti , VSKP swarnjayanti , Millennium exp running with milk tankers. So, there is no doubt about milk tankers having 110 MPS.

Initially when this train has been lhbfied it used to run with new coaches but with in short period of time the new coaches were replaced with old ones. The old coaches are in pathetic condition.

Here no use in criticizing DRM because any DRM has to work under the zone. DRM cannot overrule the zone and work. Ultimately the zone should be good. If the zone is biased even the DRM can't do anything.
