It was departing Ajmer towards Jaipur.
In the last pic, you can spot it going behind some parked LHB Coaches at quite some distance at the curve.

Total 190 Passengers That day, as per Catering Guy who has collection of Food Items meant for passengers. Maybe 25+ passengers who didn't opt for food. It only gets full during certain long weekends.
The snacks for return journey are also loaded at Ajmer only.
Only a few boardings from Ajmer towards Jaipur.
