My copassenger also identified that person because he was also waking up. He visited all the way till S9 and checked each and every toilet but did not found him. Surprisingly General coaches were also connected with sleeper so he checked in GS too but that person could not be found any where. It was 5:30 AM, and we all loose all hopes of mobile as well as that person but we were 100% sure that he is a thief. and other passengers immediately told that you will no more go anywhere. You will be handed to RPF at Kota due to unauthorized traveling and if you try to oppose then you will come in media also. He told that he is a housekeeping staff. I again asked for ID proof then he provided us.
After that few question answers between me and him.
Q1- Why you did not slept in night?
A- I did not have any seat, train is jam packed.
Q2- There are many empty seats and House keeping staff also have place?
A- My friends were there.
Q3- Were you sitting here till 4 AM and then moved?
A- Yes, I was here and then after I went at another coach.
Q4- Which coach?
A- PC
Q5- Why did you locked PC?
A- I did not locked.
Q6- We need to full search your luggage, and you where is your bag?
A- Bag is in PC.
We immediately moved to PC and checked his bag as well as full body search of him. We found 2 mobiles with him and 2 more in bag but all were without sim. He told that he purchased all of these second hand and he will gift those to family members. I confirmed from pantry staff that gate was not locked by anyone of those. However correct mobile could not be located. But at same time a pantry staff person claimed that he seen that person with stolen mobile, that mobile was not in bag or with him but that 3rd party person was 100% sure that he seen one more mobile with him.
We immediately snatched ID proof and told him that we will not leave you without RPF enquiry. He told many times that PC staff guy is confused or in sleep. I have never stolen anything, but we want revenge at any cost so we were ready to file FIR at Kota.
Time was 6:15AM and Kota was still 30 minutes to go. To be continue

He requested a lot but we were not ready for listening any thing. We are keeping an eye on his each and every activity so in the last he agreed for RPF enquiry at Kota, Train was stopped at outer for couple of minutes but we did not allowed him for moving from berth. Lastly train reached at Kota Junction 5 minutes late. I immediately got down from train because I did not found RPF office at platform till train was entering and standed. I asked a book seller about RPF station he told that it is on PF2. I immediately entered in Ticket booking supervisor office which was in front of my coach. I told that i may miss my train. So she called to enquiry and sales for announcement for RPF staff to attend my coach. I came out and reached at my coach. Announcement was started immediately and my copassengers were waiting for me there. It was time of train departure but we were ready for pulling chain also if RPF did not come attend. Good thing is RPF came and train did not moved. We explained scenario and he asked for ticket to culprit. He did not shown because he was in staff. Then he asked ticket of victim but victim told that ticket was also in mobile which have been stolen. I immediately told that for details you can check chart of train and I told seat number and coach number of victim. RPF guy told that file FIR at Nizamuddin since your destination is there and do not beat victim. We will inform onboard RPF for enquiry inside train only. Meanwhile train was started and once again we were in same scenario as before Kota but this time we were having full control over that guy because RPF permitted us to handover him at Nizamuddin. He tried to threat that on one call or chain pulling his friends will attack on us but we calmly replied that you are not allowed to call or pull chain. However you can move inside train and do whatever but your luggage and ID will remain with us. After that I slept.
But at sharp 9 AM I heard a noise. Mobile was found in dustbin of Pantry Car and that guy was caught while he was trying to search it in same dustbin. Pantry staff was caught him and few of them immediately slapped him. Later few other peoples interfered and mobile was handed to Owner.
Real scenario started now. One of copassenger was having source in Media and he started taking interview. All the mobiles from that guy was snatchedbut he did not acknowledged that all of those were stolen. Later victims as well as pantry staff decided to forgive him. I and other copassengers asked a lot but we could not do anything because neither our mobile was stolen nor we caught him. At Mathura train took a unscheduled halt and they permitted for getting down him.
All the mobiles which was snatched from him were deposited at Nizamuddin station and details were also provided, news could not be printed in local media because complaint was not registered.
