Irresponsible railway staff of ALD Station. On 17/05/2017 at Enquiry Counter of Platform No. 1 mentioned on its board that this train is delayed by 3 hrs and will be coming on Platform No. 9. there were no announcement to confirm on which platform this train is coming. We keep tracking train status on NTES. We became panic when train crossed Naini and Lichhvi Express was put on Platform No. 9 and Sarnath on Platform No. 10. At this and after waiting for 4 hrs on Platform No. 9, indicator showed that this train will be coming on Platform No. 3. Rushed towards Platform No. 3 with my Family. The Moment we reached Platform No. 3, immidiatley announcement made before 2 minutes of arriving of this train. Again we started russhing towards Platform No. 1 with other co-pessengers.

we managed to board the train in such a short time. My Mom (71 Yrs.) almost became restless, kids were tired and i too suffered stomachache and vomitted after boarding the train. Stringent action shpould be taken against such irresponsible person.
