Uske liye employees k dedication ki jyada jarurat hai rather than the government's positive attitude. Majority of Accidents employees ki lethargic attitude k kaaran hote hai. Government job ko log leisure period samajhte hai, sochte hai ek baar job lag gaya to jevan bhar aaram karenge. Railway isi lethargic bureaucratic system ka sikkar hai or railway ko sudharna hai to ise sabse pehle sudharna hoga otherwise duniya ka koi neta indian railways ka bhala nahi ker sekta. Government can only provide funds or make policies but ultimately it's the officials who have to execute them all.
