Today I am facing a very odd situation from IRCTC.
I booked a ticket on 17-Mar-2017 and the PNR is 6162722734, at the booking time the situation was RAC 11, now in the IRCTC website I am finding that the status is WL2.
I never found this kind of situation before.
Can anybody please tell me why this has happened?

A SF train should be like this...Stoppage at important station. Whats the difference between Express train and Neelanchal now (For example) for connectivity you should not sacrifice a SF time schedule. This one is even superior to 22831 HWH-SSPN SF Express...!!!!
