Dibrugarh Rajdhani extend long ago when there are very less trains and A.c connectivity for Army. so it get success and 2 more introduced. Bilaspur Rajdhani starts from there as Raipur dont have Terminal Facilities.
it depends the extension and Zone show the priority to passengers of each division. Treatment is different in south. Best example VSKP-SBC special is SUVIDHA which charges flight rates but Return train is Tatkal special. how?

Train can be introduce but cant name it as AP as only less distance will be covered in AP. but we can keep other name.
